Ok, so I'm not updating as much as I'd like to, but it's a start.

It was all a misunderstanding, after all. I'm glad for that at least. But I'm also disheartened that I know nothing about him and have to move on. That's become the theme of my life the last couple of days: moving on and facing the future. Scary as it seems.

Just got through talking with Kura. Very refreshing, especially since I haven't talked to her in forever.

According to the census bureau my name is ranked the 643rd most popular. I think I'm supposed to be flattered here that it's so unique. Some of those names are just weird, though. Just watch in a few years, maybe less, there'll be a wave of small girls named Madonna flooding the schools.

I guess I should introduce you to Fav. I hate him. First of all, he worships the ground Julius Caesar walks on, and he always thinks he's right. Moravius, a disabled vet whom I consider a friend, really knows what he's talking about and is always the one ending up debating Fav. Of course, Fav takes this personally. I try to tear apart Fav point by point when I can, though. Oh yeah, and Fav is also a Bush-hater. Which I wouldn't mind as much if he didn't try to think he knew what he was talking about when it comes to politics, too.

I'm listening to this Yahoo launchcast thing, which is ok. Except for some reason they keep inserting tracks by Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, rap artists, etc., into my personal station. They play my favorite tracks with semiregular frequency, though, so I guess that sorta makes it up.

Tried out Godiva's ice cream - vanilla with chocolate caramel hearts. GOOOOD stuff. I'm going to have a feast tomorrow morning - sourdough english muffins, three huge bags of cereal (one I need to finish off and two more I just bought), and some bottled chocolate milk, which, in my opinion, has way too much chocolate in it. Then I'll have a turkey sandwich for lunch...mmm.

Started The Red Badge of Courage the other day. Only 200-ish pages, but very good so far nonetheless.

To do: Sleep. Reply to Moravius' message in the morning. Umm yeah.
